RED LIGHT
THERAPY
IN GRANADA HILLS
A private 20-minute booth — with halotherapy (salt therapy) included at no extra cost. First session $29.
Step into your own private red light booth for twenty uninterrupted minutes — no shared room, no waiting for a panel, no one else's schedule. Our booth also delivers dry salt halotherapy at the same time, at the same price, so every session can be two therapies in one. Most guests take both. Prefer red light alone? Just say so — we'll switch the salt off.

THE BENEFITS OF
RED LIGHT + HALOTHERAPY
Skin, from the outside in Red light is one of the most popular non-invasive approaches for supporting a smoother, healthier-looking complexion — glow, tone, and texture. It's why skincare devotees make it a weekly ritual.
Recover faster between workouts Athletes and gym regulars use red and near-infrared light to support muscle recovery after training — a 20-minute session slots neatly into rest days.
Energy at the cellular level Red and near-infrared wavelengths are absorbed by the mitochondria — the part of your cells responsible for producing energy. That's the mechanism behind red light's popularity for feeling recharged rather than drained.
Breathe the salt air Halotherapy disperses micro-fine dry salt into the booth — the same experience people seek out salt caves for, in a modern private setting. Guests describe it as clearing and calming.
A calmer nervous system Twenty warm, quiet minutes with nothing to do. Many regulars book this session purely as their mid-week reset — it's relaxation with a payoff.
Skin + salt together Salt therapy has been used for generations as a skin-soothing ritual. Paired with red light in a single session, it's a two-for-one your skin gets whether you came in for it or not.
Results vary from person to person, and red light works best as a consistent routine rather than a single visit.
RED LIGHT & HALO THERAPY BENEFITS
HOW RED LIGHT THERAPY WORKS
Red light therapy — also called photobiomodulation — exposes your skin to specific red and near-infrared wavelengths (typically in the 630–660nm and 810–850nm ranges used by professional studios). Unlike UV light, these wavelengths don't tan or burn. Your cells absorb the light, which is why consistent sessions matter more than any single one: the effect is cumulative, like training.
A full-body booth is the difference between this and the panels sold online — wraparound coverage, professional-grade output, and nothing to buy, mount, or maintain. You just show up.
YOUR FIRST VISIT,
STEP BY STEP
Book online — it takes about 60 seconds. Pick a time that suits you; same-day openings are often available.
Arrive and settle in. We'll show you the booth, answer questions, and give you a private room to change in. Wear as much or as little as you're comfortable with — more exposed skin means more light reaching it. We provide protective eyewear.
Choose your session. Red light with the salt on (our HaloRED session) or red light alone — same booth, same 20 minutes, same price. Tell us your preference and we'll set it.
Twenty minutes, all yours. Stand or sit, close your eyes, breathe. Many guests call it the calmest part of their week.
Walk out and get on with your day. No downtime, no residue, no shower needed. Total visit time is about 30 minutes door to door.
HALOTHERAPY
(SALT THERAPY)
IN GRANADA HILLS
Halotherapy — dry salt therapy — disperses micro-fine pharmaceutical-grade salt particles into the air of an enclosed space. It's the experience people search for as a "salt room" or "salt cave," delivered in a modern private booth instead of a converted basement.
At Awaken, halotherapy runs inside the same booth as red light therapy. Both at once — which is what most guests choose — or salt on its own. No separate price, no separate booking, no upsell at the desk. It's simply part of the session if you want it.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU
DO RED LIGHT THERAPY
Consistency beats intensity. Most studios — ours included — see regulars come in one to three times a week, with many starting more frequently for the first month and settling into a maintenance rhythm after that. That cadence is exactly why we price the way we do: singles for trying it, packages for building the habit, memberships for keeping it.
If you're not sure where to start, tell us your goal at your first visit — skin, recovery, or stress — and we'll suggest a schedule.
MAKE IT A CIRCUIT
Red light pairs naturally with the rest of the Awaken menu:
Red light + cryotherapy — cold then light, the classic recovery double
Red light + infrared sauna — a longer, warmer visit for deep relaxation
Red light + compression — legs recover before or after you glow
And because we live inside Le Rêve Salon and Spa, you can pair any session with a facial, massage, nails, or hair — one visit, head to toe.

RED LIGHT THERAPY FAQs
-
Your first session is $29. After that, single sessions are $55, multi-session packages bring the per-session price down to as little as about $8, and monthly memberships from $199 include sessions you can use on red light, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, or compression.
-
Yes. Our booth delivers both red light and dry salt therapy, and we can turn the salt off if you prefer. The price is the same either way.
-
HaloRED is our name for a session that runs red light and halotherapy at the same time. Same booth, same 20 minutes, same price as red light alone — with the salt turned on.
-
We offer halotherapy — dry salt therapy — in a private booth rather than a walk-in salt cave. It runs in the same booth as our red light therapy, so you can have salt on its own or both together for the same price.
-
Red light at the wavelengths used in professional studios doesn't contain UV and is generally considered low-risk for healthy adults when protective eyewear is worn — and we provide the eyewear. If you're pregnant, take medication that increases light sensitivity, or have a light-sensitive condition, check with your doctor first.
-
Wear whatever you're comfortable in — more exposed skin means more light reaching it, and you'll have a private room to change. For facial benefits, arrive with clean, product-free skin so nothing sits between the light and you.
-
Most regular clients come in one to three times a week. Red light works best as a consistent routine, which is why we offer packages and memberships rather than pricing it purely per visit.
-
Full-body coverage and professional-grade output. Most home panels cover a patch of skin at a time; a booth surrounds you. There's also nothing to buy, mount, or maintain — and your first session here costs $29, not $2,000.
-
Wellness red light sessions are generally not covered by insurance. Our intro pricing, packages, and memberships are designed to keep it affordable without it.
-
Booking ahead guarantees your booth, but same-day openings are often available. Book online any time or call us at (818) 654-4494.
